I work 1:1 with committed, ambitious leaders or teams guiding them from surviving to thriving.
Individual or team consultation is focused on sharing knowledge and skills on stress management, resilience and well-being for leaders and teams. You will be informed on the evidence base and latest insights, get familiar with practical tools for use at home and the workplace. Examples range from the Stanford University based resilience recipe, energy agenda to techniques to calm the nervous system.
Consultation is tailored to your specific needs and circumstances. In consultations my role as a travel companion on your journey is to advise on the most relevant and latest knowledge and skills to deepen your transformation.
The sessions are typically 1 -2 hour, in person, at a calm and inspirational place. Sitting down and taking a breath in my light office space with windows overlooking trees and a canal. Or walking and getting some fresh air at the beach. Team consultations will take place either in your offices or in a calm, inspirational space outside your offices (costs to be covered by client). For those of you living outside of the Netherlands, online sessions are possible.
Dutch is my native language, I work in Dutch and English. My Swedish, French and Spanish are proficient for a conversation, but not preferable for consultation sessions.
